Warranty

Meliae Bag offers a limited 6 months warranty that covers material defects, malfunctions and original workmanship (from date of purchase). General wear and tear due to excessive use, over-loading and neglect is not covered. The warranty does not cover any loss or damage to equipment. If the bags damage is covered under our warranty, we will happily replace or repair your bag. Our warranty only covers purchases made direct from the meliaebag.com website with a valid receipt.
