This bag is very premium quality and well made. It has a lot of room and different compartments to fit in a lot of things. Best part is the extra strap that you can use to carry it over shoulder. Comes in handy when you have a lot of stuff in the bag.
This is perfect! I couldn't be happier. can use as a beautiful EDC bag and when I need my camera it just pops in safely with plenty of padding and protection. really well made. Lovely soft leather and colour. Very comfortable even with extra weight of camera. Couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.
I'm a hobbyist photographer and I love to travel. I've been looking for something to carry my DSLR in during my travels that doesn't scream "I CONTAIN AN EXPENSIVE CAMERA!" like a target. So basically, none of those camera bags or backpacks would work. For years I could not find anything that would act as a normal purse while being padded enough to carry a DSLR. I took the felt pads from an official camera bag out and used them in my Longchamp purse, and that worked for a while, but it made it very difficult to find things in my bag, so it wasn't ideal.
When I came across this bag in my recommendations, I was excited. It's a reasonable investment for a genuine leather bag, so I decided to try it out. It was difficult to decide between pink or black leather, but I ended up going with pink because the black went out of stock quickly. I was impressed with the careful construction and stitching of the bag and the quality of the leather. I like that the bag can work as both a handbag as well as a crossbody or shoulder bag with the removable strap. The inside of the bag is well-constructed with thick soft padding to prevent shock and scratches to the camera, and I can still use the bag as a regular purse to hold my wallet, phone, and other things as well. It's a large bag compared to my other purses. The zipper is well made, but due to the narrow opening of the bag I have to be more careful about removing my camera to prevent scratching it. Perhaps a plastic zipper or wider opening or flap opening would work better.
Overall I'm ecstatic that someone finally made a bag that I've been imagining for years! I'm more surprised this didn't happen sooner.
I’m a wedding photographer and over the course of the last 11 years of my career, I’ve owned probably every camera bag you’ve ever come across— Crumpler, Kelly Moore, incase, cooper river. It’s rare that one can meet style and function. The crumpler and incase ones were very functional.. but not sightly for a female photographer— the Kelly Moore ones are beautiful but after a year of use the fake leather flakes into an unprofessional looking mess— the cooper river one (my current before this bag) is almost perfect, but due to the super thick leather— it add too much weight (to an already heavy load of camera and lenses)
With that said! Let’s go onto this actual bag- I’m in love! It fits many of the functions I’m personally looking for in a camera bag: size, style, function and weight!
Pros
1. it’s real leather, I don’t have to worry about it flaking in a few months!
2. It light- this surprised me as many camera bags I’ve tried in the past that a genuine leather tend to be quite heavy. My camera body and lenses are already heavy.. I don’t want my bag to add unnecessary weight
3. its both stylish and functional: My two go to lenses are my 35 and 85, it fits that and my canon 5d iii with ease.
4. Tons of pockets! Can we talk about all the pockets inside and out?? I can put a power bar in one, my phone in another and my memory cards in a third! And even then there’s two more pockets slots on top of that!
Con
1. The only minor con I have about this bag is the zipper. Though it is a softer style zipper, I still hear my camera scraping against it when I take it in and out of the bag, and it makes me cringe a bit.
Over-all this is a really well rounded camera bag for women. Would recommend
